The fair-use rules.

• One pass per person.Don't hand your phone to a friend so they can hold your spot. If the photo on the pass doesn't match the face at the door, staff will deny entry.
• No bots. Automated queue joining is prohibited. We rate-limit aggressively and reserve the right to remove flagged positions.
• No reselling spots. Queue positions are non-transferable. A pass found on a phone other than the one it was issued to may be voided.
• SwatchQueue is the queue, not the seller. We do not guarantee product availability. If the store sells out before your turn, your recourse is with the store, not us.
• We may close a queue for safety.If a venue becomes unsafe (overcrowding, weather, police request) we'll mark the queue cancelled and notify everyone via their pass.
